Please note when we service your vehicle, we do not only change the oil and filter, we do a multi point inspection to insure your vehicle is safe, we check to see if any bulletins need to be done that are required by the manufacture. Mr. Brownlee, we have reviewed our surveillance cameras. But to address the oil first, the recommended oil amount for Sonata according to Hyundai is 5.07. I spoke with the service advisor who assisted you and he said we're still waiting to hear back about the air pods after your call with Apple as they explained to you they were not in our area that day. Again, we have reviewed the cameras and it didn't appear anyone removed anything. I have been the General Manager here for over 2 years and have not received a single accusation from a customer nor from an employee regarding any theft of property. I understand how upsetting it is when things come up missing. We have been growing and have taken steps to streamline our process and ad additional staffing.
