From the initial text exchange, Jacob was genuinely friendly and approachable. He listened intently to what I was looking for in a truck – my needs, my budget, and my preferences – without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different models, features, and financing options. He patiently answered all my questions, even the silly ones, and made sure I felt completely informed and comfortable every step of the way. What truly set Jacob apart was his dedication to finding the right truck for me. He wasn't just trying to make a sale; he was invested in ensuring I drove away with a vehicle that perfectly matched my lifestyle. Watch for bait and switch. Advertised a 2024 New Truck with 4 miles with a Steve's Howntown Discount of 5K off sticker. Also lists additional discount for Costco $1250 and seve Advertised a 2024 New Truck with 4 miles with a Steve's Howntown Discount of 5K off sticker. Also lists additional discount for Costco $1250 and several other discounts totalling 2K if you qualify. Understand it is June 2025 and this is a 2024 model, should be offering more than 5K off sticker with 2026 coming out already or soon. Also it is a runner truck and had 4600 miles. False Advertising! They came back and said the 5K discount assumes you finance with them and have a trade (NEVER MENTIONED ON-LINE). Very mislead and frankly underhanded! They came back with we will give you the advertised price but we will keep your $1250 Costco rebate. They also add a $880 "Safety fee" on all cars and trucks includes a third flashing break light and coverage if stolen or totaled, I have car insurance! Positive low pressure sales team and seemed like nice folks but I guess if I was taking advantage of folks and false advertising I would be nice and low pressure too. More
