We really liked working with Jacob. We knew which vehicle we wanted and it ran great in test drives. After a week of driving we started getting intermittent engine misfires. Then it became really bad and became basically undrivable. We brought it back for inspection and an issue with a connector was identified as problematic. They repaired the connector and the truck has been running great. I'm pleased that they helped us fix this issue at their cost, which is the right thing to do. They even detailed our vehicle afterward! This is the reason we'll be coming back next time we need another vehicle, because they know how to do business. More
