Phil treated us very well and put no pressure on us whatsoever at any time throughout the entire car purchasing process. At one point I asked whether he had any used Pilots he could show me and without any hesitation or attempt to keep me on track to purchased a new Pilot, he showed me a wide variety of used vehicles. Waiting!! Still Waiting!! Not Happy:[ It's amazing how they're all smiles when they're selling you a car and forget about you after the paperwork is signed. Don't get me wrong they're no different from the average dealer but I set my expectations higher than usual and usually won't buy from the average Mickey" Mouse" promise you the world dealers. My sales man was Ike, all appeared well and was initially given what I was looking for but service after the sale was "HORRIBLE." No follow up call and no registration card for 6 weeks and as we all know you can't drive an unregistered vehicle. I called and received no return call. A week later I finally get a hold of him and he tells me "yes the registration card is here," I said can you check to make sure so I don't make a trip and waste my time. He said "OK". I said if it's not just call me back I don't want to waste my time, so please physically check and have it in hand so I can walk in and out as to not waste my time. I get there and you can only imagine, no reg in hand and he's on his computer on social media. He then goes to look for it, now it's over an hour and a half later (this is the short version of the story), still no reg. He calls the girl upstairs and has her print one out (why wasn't this done from the beginning). Little to his surprise I was watching him on his computer without a care in the world as I waited. I also overpaid for my registration and have not received a reimbursement yet. %] More

I would highly recommend the online price inquiry tool available through the dealer's website as this was a huge time saver and the quoted price was VERY fair. Our experience started with Meliska through the dealer's website and she was great to work the price with as there were no games and she was expeditious. The salesperson we worked with onsite (Terry) was very detailed and provided all the information about the car we needed. In the Finance department we worked with Kerry and he was also very informative and patient. All three are a great asset to the Autosport team! More

He was nothing less than a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable with his product and got me the perfect car! I've had it for a week now and I absolutely love it! This is a dealership that stands behind their vehicles, because even though it is a higher mileage vehicle, it is clearly apparent that it was well serviced before they put it on the lot for sale. Brian not only found me the perfect vehicle, but he made it possible to fit right into my budget (and that isn't exactly easy to do these days). I would also like to make note that Kerry Delong, the finance manager was also great! I give these guys two thumbs up and I would absolutely recommend going to see them if you are on the market for a vehicle. More
