My approach to buying a car was similar to what I think many people do these days: I collected price quotes via email and followed up with the places that had better prices. Right away George from Autosport Honda distinguished himself by responding quickly and with answers to my questions. Many other dealership unfortunately still engaged in practices that made it difficult to figure the true price. Everyone at Autosport Honda was straight shooters during the whole process. On the day that I bought the car, Justin walked me through the whole process in a smooth fashion, including handling my trade-in. I would definitely recommend using this dealership, which is impressive all around. More

I got 3 prices from True car. for a Honda Accord 2014 EX 6 cy. They were the lowest. I went to the closest dealer first - Madison Honda. They were initially higher. Madison Honda said Autosport won't honor 6 cy. They were the lowest. I went to the closest dealer first - Madison Honda. They were initially higher. Madison Honda said Autosport won't honor the price and would have add on's. I said I owed it to myself and needed to visit Autosport. We arrived. met Justin who went off for 35 minutes as they didn't have the car in stock. He said they could locate one but wanted $400 more. We declined. He came back and agreed wave the $400 cost. We discussed the price and I tried to get a lower cost. My brother in law just bought a Civic and got a price lower that quoted! He would not budge anything. Offered nothing more. We said we would think about it. At that he got up, shoved his papers into his desk drawer and walked away. No thank you, no business card etc. We sat there for a few minutes and said to ourselves " Really" and finally walked out. Terrible experience. Poor sales skills. More
