My car purchasing experience was the most pleasant and least stressful I've ever had. There are no gimmicks to drive down the the price initially and then jack it back up again with extras. Salesperson was very pleasant, knowledgable and accomodating. She and her manager made me an offer that was close to the bottom line, and we settled on a very reasonable price. Finance person was also friendly, and while he went through all the optional insurance and extras, there was no hard pressure to purchase. If I buy another Honda in the future, it will be from here. We started negotiating with George Nealis, the internet sales person, on December 21st. We told him we wanted to buy a car before the end of the year, and that we'd be comparing prices. He responded with an incredible price later that same day. We compared his price with other dealers, and Autosport's deal was the best. On December 23 we emailed him asking for assurance that the color we wanted was available. He called us on Christmas and we told him we'd be in the following Monday to pick up the car. We arrived at the dealership at 9AM (a great idea) and were greeted by Greg Eckert, who introduced us to manager Jane Kronenwetter. We had read some nice things about her on dealrater, and wanted to meet her. Greg was helpful and honest, explaining our options along with some of their pros and cons. When we showed him our internet quote he promised us we would get the car for that amount... and we did! After a short time (we had spent all day at this process in some other dealerships), he brought us over to Kerry DeLong, the business manager. In the past, this had always been the most painful part of the car buying experience, because that's where we'd learn about all the exclusions, exceptions, and discounts we couldn't qualify for. Kerry had no such unpleasant surprises for us, and he had us out of there in time for lunch. We thought we were done, but then Greg took us to the car and showed us all the new bells and whistles and how they worked. He even set up our blue tooth connection! Our experience with Autosport Honda was the best holiday gift ever. More

I purchased a used car here. After the purchase, I took it to my mechanic and he told me the tires were very worn. (NOTE: Admittedly, this is something I should have noticed before purchase). She was very skeptical, but after some discussion, she referred me to her supervisor. He was also very skeptical but I stuck to my story. He referred me to their service manager. I went through my story a third time and he told me to bring it in. They replaced all four tires for free. More
