We got internet price quotes from several dealers for a 2014 Honda CRV EX AWD. Autosport was the only dealer who honored their price to the penny, without any surprise last minute dealer add-ons. Another dealer in the area was charging an exhorbitant $398 for documentation and insisted on $95 for dealer prep and $199 for glass etching. Needless to say we walked away from that showroom empty handed. Terry Weil our Autosport sales person made the purchase process very comfortable and non-confrontational. In less than an hour, we had a signed purchase commitment for the exact car at the exact price that we were quoted. Two days later, we came back to settle the financials with Kerry Delong, the agency business manager. He took the time to explain the various options that we could buy, but did not pressure us to do so. Again, within an hour, we had completed all finance arrangements, gotten a thorough explanation and demonstration of the car's technical features from Terry, and drove off the lot with our fully licensed and plated car. I would highly recommend Autosport to all in the central Jersey area. In over 40 years of car buying, Autosport is the first dealer who kept their word and delivered as promised, while keeping the entire experience pleasant and non-pressured. More
Meghan was one of the most friendliest, courteous, knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. I was glad I had a woman sales person. There was no pressure to purchase the car. Took me for a drive and explained everything about the car. (Being a woman I knew very little about cars). Most patient with me. After I purchased the car she took me out to the car and spent time explaining everything about the car that I never had before, i.e, (blue tooth, back up drive) and radio, heater, etc. Great experience for me. The entire experience was professional, friendly and courteous.The process including the financing was not drawn out. There is no hassling back and forth and the price is very fair. Jane and Terry and other staff members know their merchandise and make the entire experience a positive one and treat people with respect. We have our vehicles serviced at this dealership and have found the service staff to be professional, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. I will continue to recommend this dealership to others. More
I picked up my new 2014 Accord yesterday. I was originally looking for an end of the model year discount on a 2013 Silver Accord with black interior, but at the time the 2014s finally came out, Aut originally looking for an end of the model year discount on a 2013 Silver Accord with black interior, but at the time the 2014s finally came out, Autosport Honda no longer had the 2013 Silver/Black car I wanted. Instead of losing the sale to another dealer that had it, Autosport asked for $200 over the already agreed upon price for the 2013, for the 2014. The problem was, they didn't have the right color in the 2014 either. I proceeded to sell my 2003 Accord on my own, and received $2,200 over what the dealer offered me (the only negative in the whole transaction). I then signed the papers in a fly-by half hour visit between a doctor's visit and nail appointment after they guaranteed they would have the car before I returned from a 10 day cruise. The car was found and available within 4 days. I set up the insurance and then left on the cruise. The car was waiting for pickup upon my return. Meghan listened to what I wanted, realized I was not going to be pushed to other vehicles, and was very pleasant throughout the transaction. A big difference from dealing with OpenRoad in Edison. I passed on a $300 supposed reduction from OpenRoad, just so I didn't have to deal with them again. More
Terry and the team were extremely helpful through the purchase of my first car. I was not at the dealership for all that long and the financing piece took less than an hour. Before I knew it, I was off the parking lot with my new and shiny CR-V. I was especially impressed that they promised to have my car ready in 10 days after the color was not available on their lot. Within 10 days, they had everything ready to go. I would recommend Autosport Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. More
I came to AutoSport Honda after visiting another Honda dealer. Maegan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Plus, I told her I was really just starting the buying process and wouldn't make a commitment that day. Unfortunately, while negotiating a price a finance manager was called in and he would not come down any further on the price and I found it insulting to my intelligence when he said he wouldn't lower the price to meet another dealer but would give me the first oil change free of charge. Fortunately, Maegan did not pass the sale off as lost and left a couple of voice mails just saying she was checking in. So, when it came time for me to make a commitment I called Maegan. She was able to offer a competitive price without any insulting special offers. I picked up my new car this evening. Maegan was perfect in walking me through getting the electronics set up and familiarizing me with the various accessories in the car. Overall, I'm glad I decided to make my purchase from this dealership. More

Maegan Ross was very helpful. I went to other dealerships before Autosport Honda. I did not have the same comfort level as i did with Autosport. They gave me the best price in writing, but they did not honor the price after I went there for purchase, they came up with all the excuses for $400. I ended up leaving and purchased the car the same day from my dealer for the same price Autosort offered me, they lost the sale. They also said if you play the dealer game bring in writing their offer. I am the customer and I have to shop for the best price for me. they were very unprofessional. Try to go to a corporate dealers instead of single owner you will be treated much better and no games to be played. More
