Kerry is the manager/supervisor who came in to "close" the deal on my trade. Meghan Pakenham sold me the car and she was the person at the dealership with whom I had a relationship with. As Kerry was attempting to negotiate the price of my trade, I had questions. When Meghan attempted to explain them to me, Kerry told her to "just be quiet" and belittled her several times like this. I stopped by on a late Monday night to take a look at the new Honda Civic. Patrick assisted me. I had several colors in mind and Patrick didn't mind pulling up colors I liked. Even though it was past closing, Patrick and I kept talking and he did not once pressure me to buy or leave. I came back the next day to work on the numbers and the following Monday, I had my new Civic with everything I wanted. Not only that, my plates came in so I did not have to drive off with temps. Patrick followed up with me before and after the purchase. I would definitely and highly recommend Autosports Honda and Patrick. I would never put on plate brackets and advertise for the dealership. But I had such a wonderful experience that I wouldn't mind keeping Autosports Honda on. More
It's a shame to see such great comments about this dealership when we had a very poor one. My boyfriend and I were planning on dropping in to inquire about the current lease on my CRV which I had 11 dealership when we had a very poor one. My boyfriend and I were planning on dropping in to inquire about the current lease on my CRV which I had 11 months left of payments on. We wanted to know if we can trade up and stay within REASON of my current lease payment. We first met Patrick and we most definitely liked him. He was the best salesman we had ever worked with in our car buying experiences. He was very cool, very informative and made us feel comfortable. Then we met Kerry. Kerry, single-handedly, destroyed our car buying/leasing experience and insulted my boyfriend and I not once, but three times. The third time was the charm and we left there (after a hefty argument). Apparently this man has been working in Sales for 3 years, but how that is possible, I have no idea? Due to his rudeness, Honda (and Patrick) missed an opportunity on sale from us. Kerry told my boyfriend that he “was not a man of his word” because we were unwilling to write a check for approximately $6,000 right there on the spot. We repeatedly said that we needed time to transfer money into the checking account and that appeared to not be a good enough answer. Kerry demanded us and continued to add insult to injury by saying, “yeah, go ahead, walk away because you are not a man of your word.” HOW can someone be treated -like this in ANY place of business where the customer should be always right? Not to mention, he also said (with a smirk on his face), “you’re an adult, you know what you have in your account.” Like I previously mentioned, we were willing to make a sale, but not under these conditions. More
