My husband and I went to the dealership to turn in my lease and to look into purchasing a 2013 CRV EXL. My past experience at another dealership was horrible. When I first walked in the dealership I was greeted right away. Once I was introduced to Terry Weil he did everything he could to get me the vehicle I wanted. He was very patient and accommodating. He answerd all my questions and took the time to go over eveything I needed to know about the the car. I would definatey recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We also dealt with Frank Santora for our financing he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the financing we needed to leave with the car that day. I would highly recommmend this dealership.. I will definatley be dealing with them again More

Honest to God the best car buying experience ever. Walter was exceptional, and I never once felt the "awful feeling" we all know we get when purchasing a car. I stood in the showroom for 8 minutes before anyone approached me (I only stayed that long because a friend had recommended this dealership). I had done quite a bit of research, pretty much knew approached me (I only stayed that long because a friend had recommended this dealership). I had done quite a bit of research, pretty much knew what I wanted and what I expected to pay - that said when I told my salesman what my I wanted my max monthly payment to be he didn't work with me very well; all the options were my burden. I was never offered a lower price for the vehicle (again, I admit my mistake, I should have left). Called later that evening because I wanted a remote start on my car. My salesperson was to return my call the next day. I told him what I wanted, he went to get answers and each time he called back he didn't have all the answers. A good salesman should anticipate their customers questions/needs, etc. It took SIX calls before I was finally set up with price and time of installation. And, the last phone call was not returned by my salesperson. I was forced to choose an answer regarding recommendation of this dealership, having only dealt with the salesperson I would say, right now, I don't think I would. However, I've been told by friends that their service department is excellent and will return there to have my vehicle serviced. So ultimately, I'm not sure if I would recommend this dealership. Though I wouldn't recommend doing business with this particular salesperson. More

They let me come back to them whenever I felt ready to buy and were understanding of the fact that I still need to try some other cars out before I made a decision. They were extremely efficient.
