The entire experience was fabulous. The price was discussed over the phone and confirmed, so when I walked in it was a straight forward discussion. This past Saturday, they were the first dealership I went to for a 2013 Honda Accord. I met with my previous salesman, Damian Wadiak, a gentleman and professional who provided the same exceptional buying experience as I had the last time. He matched the best price I could find for the car, while also giving me a good price for my trade in. Despite Honda not offering any financing promotions at the time, Kerry DeLong (finance manager and another gentleman) was even able to match the same low financing as my credit union. I picked up the car this past Tuesday and received another fantastic tutorial by Damian who took his time to take me though all the many features of this car. I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L on Saturday. Patrick Malley was an absolute gentleman. I didn't feel like I was in a car dealership. No high pressure, answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer he quickly found out. Went out for 2 test drives with Patrick. Did some negotiating with the manager, who honestly felt a bit more like a salesman, but not in a bad way. He was fair and we were able to negotiate a price that I was happy with. Damon, the salesman we had last year came to greet us and we talked like we were old friends. I picked my up my car today. Got a "tour" of the car, exceptional service again from Patrick and an invitation to call him anytime with any questions or requests. I have recommended Autosport Honda to a number of friends because I know that they would be thrilled with their car buying experience. Keep up the great work Autosport.
