I am glad to hear you found our team very friendly and professional. Both of those qualities are ones with which we place a great deal of importance upon. As far as our computers, you are 100% correct. At our current location, we have been unable to get anything with bandwidth greater than a T1 line. The great news is that at our new location, we have been able to work out a deal with a cable internet provider and will have much an incredibly faster ISP. Believe me, we're even happier about it than our clients! I thank you for bringing it up as it's always great to hear candid reviews.
