I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Fit. Terry made the experience fast and painless. My first contact with Terry was over the phone- he quickly matched the most competitive price I had found, and actuall experience fast and painless. He told me he would need a deposit so that he could get the color I wanted and install my options (armrest, alarm and keyless entry). When I went in to Autosport to put down the deposit, I was greeted with a smile at the entrance. The entire time I worked with Terry, he was patient and easy to talk to. It was clear he valued my time and respected my intelligence. There was never a SINGLE hidden fee the entire time, and every cost was presented up front. Terry came through with the car I wanted by the time he said it would take. It was ready for pickup 6 days after I put down the deposit. When it came time to pay, I brought in a certified check for the amount, and there were no surprises. The woman in the finance department made it easy as well. She did not pressure me into buying any unnecessary extras, and told me I could think about an extended warranty, and call back later to get it (I most likely will). Terry's honest and up-front approach was a refreshing change from other dealers. But customer service alone wasn't what made me go with Autosport. They gave me an excellent price. This was a deciding factor, and in the end, I'm confident I made the right choice. More
I purchased three Hondas from Autosport two new and one used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well used....All three are serviced at Autosport...When I bought my first Honda I would have the oil changed at one of the quick oil change shops....well the car developed a oil leak I went back and they changed the filter it still leaked I tried again still leaked....I then called Victor the service manager at Autosport he told me to bring the car right in....it seems that cars oil filter has a washer that needs to be installed or it will leak....I will never have my Honda's serviced anywhere else.... This is the fifth car we have purchased through Autosport Honda. Love dealing with Terry Weil - great guy and Jane. We have purchase 1 civic, 3 accords, 1 Used Acura. I was shopping for a new car. I visited different dealers to compare brands and value. I decided to purchase a 2010 Honda Accord from Autosport Honda; actually Chris (salesperson). I was impressed w dealers to compare brands and value. I decided to purchase a 2010 Honda Accord from Autosport Honda; actually Chris (salesperson). I was impressed with Chris' knowledge of the product, no heavy pressure sales pitch and quick responsiveness to follow up questions. I compared prices with Edmunds TMV, other auto programs, and other Honda dealers, but was most impressed with Chris. He quoted the best price with no haggling or hidden fees. I know I received a good deal and was comfortable with dealing with Chris. Ken was also very helpful explaining the warranty and other financial information. He was very accommodating of my schedule. A friendly guy...not overbearing. I would definitely recommend Chris and Ken as well as consider going back to Autosport for future vehicles. More
I recently bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey from Autosport Honda, Route 22, Bridgewater. I had visited a couple of other dealers before approaching Autosport - so the latter's straight to the point, no-nonse Honda, Route 22, Bridgewater. I had visited a couple of other dealers before approaching Autosport - so the latter's straight to the point, no-nonsense way of dealing with the customer impressed me much. Chris/Eric patiently explained to me the various components of the on the road price and Ken presented the extended warranty scheme without in any way putting pressure on me to go for it (ultimately I did not buy it). I do not know whether I got the best price for the vehicle but Autosport offered me the lowest quote as compared to the quotes from other dealers. Autosport has a professional yet pleasant approach to customer interactions and it made my car buying experience enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this dealer to potential new/user car buyers. I just bought a certified used odyssey from Autosport Honda and these guys are FANTASTIC! No gimmicks, no games. The car was immaculate. Unlike other dealers I have been to, when these guys say certified Honda and these guys are FANTASTIC! No gimmicks, no games. The car was immaculate. Unlike other dealers I have been to, when these guys say certified they mean it. They checked every detail in the car and never tried to push things on me. I got a great price for the car over the phone (I talked to Terry) and when I went there I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Terry even knocked down a couple of hundred dollars off of the already great price. I also bought the wrap around warranty from them at 1/2 the price of what other dealers wanted to sell it to me for. Ken took me through the whole buying process and explained everything and when time came for me to put a deposit so that I can pick up the car the next day, I told him that I forgot my check book and he said lets shake hands on it and we did (honest dealers like that do not exist any more!). The next day I went and picked up the car which was cleaned with a full tank of gas (nice touch!). Terry, the sales consultant, took me to the car and explained all the specs that the car has and how to operate all these keys and buttons inside. They sent me on my way and told me to call in case of any questions and unlike other dealers I have dealt with, I know that these guys meant it. I can not wait to save some money so that I can go back to Autosport Honda to buy my personal car (the odyssey is the family car). If anyone is in the marker for a new or used Honda I would encourage them to try these guys and they will not be disappointed. More

The service department incorrectly diagnosed a "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic "noise" problem and told me I needed to replace both front axels in a 94 Accord. The cost was $700. I authorized the work trusting that the Mechanic knew what he were doing. When I got the car home, I realized the PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. I brought the car back and found out all the car needed was some lubrication and a minor adustment. The Service Manager refused to admit they made a mistake and would not refund any of the money charged to replace two perfectly good axels. Worst of all is that the Service Manager seems to take pride in ripping off customers. More
