I had one bad experience after another, but Honda was the exact opposite. I met with Capri and Ivan to get the Honda Accord I wanted. They were great to work with, the overall buying experience was great and I will be back to purchase a car for my wife when it is time to get her a car. More

Damian was very helpful and knowledgeable, took his time, and answered all of our questions. He continued to follow up via email, and we were able to negotiate a very competitive lease. I arrived the following Saturday and the car was prepared and ready to go. The arranged agreement was met and Brian in the finance department expeditiously completed the financing. Prior to leaving the delearship, Damian once again took his time to make sure we understood how to use all of the cars features and asked if we had any questions. We went through the trade in of my old 2004 Accord and got the 2018 Accord. His recommendations on my choice of accessories saved me money. Also thanks to Michael Bailey for his help to have the issue fixed on my car post purchase. The whole process completed hassle free and there was no pressure from anyone. The car issue was handled professionally by service advisor Jay-R Duque. I liked how he explained the complete process and for accommodating my schedule to perform the repairs. I knew I wanted to upgrade to a bigger car - the Accord, but I didn't want to significantly pay so much more for a new lease. I worked with Brian Dipaolo to find a 2017 model so that I could get the better price and help rid them of 2017 inventory. Due to the hurricane in Texas, a lot of Honda supply was rerouted south, and there were only 2 models left. I still had over a month left on my current lease, but Brian and the management team worked with me on getting a good deal (internet price), handling of my old car, and saving me the first payment, so I wouldn't have two in one cycle. Brian was also very knowledgeable on the car itself, gave me a ton of information on it, and was very easy to work with during my visits. I highly recommend Autosport Honda and Brian! More
