The internet sales team were prompt in responses to email which I appreciated. We arrived for my appointment and met Damian. He took the necessary information and we went out to test drive the two vehicles I had requested. He answered questions and did not pressure me. Within a few days I had received emails from Damian and two others at Autosport. I replied to all in one email that I was not yet ready and one replied saying they'd stand by. After visiting other dealerships and obtaining pricing of the same make/model/trim/color, I asked Damian for his best out-the-door price. He replied with exactly what i requested. He did say that the trim/color would be easy to get indicating he did not have one on the lot which the online inventory had already confirmed. The price he sent me was lower than the others I had collected, so I was leary of some missing number(s). After inputting the data/numbers from the other dealerships and from Damian into my spreadsheet, we made an appointment with Damian. The numbers were as he had provided, no surprises and no missing numbers. As another reviewer had stated, Autosport's doc fees are lower than other dealerships in the area. Also, I was not charged to bring in the trim/color I wanted. Damian also spent a couple of hours with me on the day of delivery to make sure to show me all of the features of my new Accord. He's also called and written to check on how I like the car. Now I'm really wishing that the service department is as reputable as Damian is in Sales. More

Amged SAIF, the Sales Consultant was a great advisor and patiently showed us a couple of cars to compare. No pressure whatsoever. The back office worked hard to make the numbers work and it came out a win-win. Very happy with the car. This is my 5th Honda and my 17th year with Honda Autosport. Never been disappointed. More

I've been waiting for a receipt of service from 7/11/17 - Steve is "still working on it". And I had to prove to him I was there on 7/10 and 11 with xxx from Honda roadside and pictures and a video. Then he remembered. There is a defect in the trans belt so they told me, but put "normal noise" on receipt and told me to take it up with Honda corporate. this is a dealership that is dismissive to female customers. I wish I bought another Toyota. More

After contacting the Sales Manager, and explaining my experience, I was connected with Damian. He restored my confidence in the dealership and the purchase I ultimately made. On the day of delivery, I worked with Bryan Hansen. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but he was not personable at all. Damian was great going through the operational features of the car before I drove off. More

Terrible experience. "I would NEVER deal with this dealership!!!" I made arrangements to drive from Lancaster PA and worked with sales person to hold vehicle.
