Good during deal, terrible afterwards. The selection of cars and our salesman were top notch. Even the negotiations were relatively painless so the end result was us purchasing a Pilot. Until our first payment is drawing near yet we've received NO paperwork, email or anything indicating who our lender was and when the payment was due. We call up and the receptionist tells us we did not provide proof of insurance when in fact we texted a photo of the card, emailed it, and faxed it. Then she says there was a problem with the title on the car we traded in and they lost the title. Then they found it. Then the problem was with the title on our new car. No explanation and the manager was rude. Eventually it all worked out but not after MANY phone calls and unnecessary visits to straighten things out. Great making the deal but once they have you, customer service suffers. More

This past Monday I leased a Honda Civic and had the luxury of working with Ike Okoronkwo, Senior Sales Consultant. Ike listened to what I was looking for, worked within my budget, and was extremely patient as I asked a ton of questions. He made me (a first time Leasee) feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process. If you are in the market for a new car I would highly recommend going to AutoSport Honda and asking for Ike – you won’t be disappointed! More

Humiliating experience I had such a horrible experience shopping here. I have bought over 6 Hondas and I was treated with such disrespect by the apparent manager, Victor, at I had such a horrible experience shopping here. I have bought over 6 Hondas and I was treated with such disrespect by the apparent manager, Victor, at Autosport. I was shopping for a car and sat down to talk over numbers about the car. He did not even listen to my concerns and instead became so loud and disrespectful saying that I was trying to steal cars from him. HOW?! I am sitting down to talk about buying the car. If you don't want my business, say it and I will leave!! When he did not agree with my offer, he got so loud and defensive and began to walk around the dealership saying I was playing games with him with everyone watching! I have bought 6 Hondas and I felt so embarrassed at the dealership! If you don't want my business, just say it and I can go to other Honda dealerships. Theres plenty out there! I do not need to be harassed and publicly humiliated in front of others. I am playing no games. I just wanted a new car, which this guy did not help me do at all. Such Terrible service and disrespect in front of my whole family. I am so disappointed for bringing my family here with this guy Victor. He needs a lesson in customer service!!! More

Damien is knowledgeable, professional and entertaining! He makes the buying experience enjoyable and I come away feeling that I got exactly what I wanted, and the best possible deal for my money. This was our first time leasing, and Damien carefully explained the differences between lease and purchase. The dealership is new and clean. The waiting area has plenty of seating, big screen TVs, and a great selection of refreshments -- our kids were able to wait out a rather long afternoon of car buying thanks to these distractions! The rest of the Autosport staff (including the sales manager Jane) are friendly and supportive. When we're looking for our next car, we'll undoubtedly be back to Autosport! More

I went to just check a possible replacement for my mini van and I was greeted by Mauricio Mora. He showed me the vehicle I wanted and explain what I need to know. I left with all the info of car. Mauricio never made annoying follow up calls, after few days, very polite and respectful of my time. I gave him all that I need from a car and my information and he did everything for me. Car buying is not an easy decision sometimes but with the excellent customer service Auto Sport Honda have, it make it simple and easy. The manager is very kind as well as the rest of the individual that I spoke to. I got my car, I am enjoying the drive and I am very happy with it.
