Poor Customer Service I was looking to purchase a new CRV. I visited Nate Daniels in the dealership and reviewed some numbers for a new CRV. Over the next couple weeks, we I was looking to purchase a new CRV. I visited Nate Daniels in the dealership and reviewed some numbers for a new CRV. Over the next couple weeks, we spoke over the phone a few times and Nate promised me he could do better than the price i wanted for a new CRV. I took an uber to the dealership, 1 hour away, to find that Nate quoted me on a "HRV" by mistake and not a CRV, even though in phone conversations and voicemails he repeatedly said "CRV". After correcting the mistake, Nate presented me with numbers that were much higher than what we discussed 2 weeks ago. We then negotiated at the dealership for 2 hours and he eventually did not meet his promise of giving me a good price. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. It seemed too good to be true, and it was. More importantly it was a complete waste of time. More

We brought it in, the problem was identified, and part ordered and installed within a couple of hours, all at no charge. Can't expect anything more than that. More

Ask for Anthony, he was no pressure, no nonsense and at the end gave me a better price that we were first discussing. I would definitely buy another car from him, especially if he was at a different dealership. On the plus side, the dealership has the lowest fees (doc fees) around. Very fair. They also don't hit you with the "etching fee" or other nonsense fees to bump up the price. This would have been a five star review if both of the key fobs for the car worked when I left the dealership. Since they hand you both, you don't know that one may not work until you get home, which for me was 25 miles away. So I get in the car and nothing! Nothing other than the anti-theft warning system alert. I tried the other fob and it worked. Now, I may not be the brightest person but you would think they test both key fobs before they let a car leave. Not so in my case. When I contacted the dealership, I got apologies all around but minimal help. Emails are not returned from the manager so I guess I have to deal with this on my own. Their lack of quality control is troubling and makes me a bit uneasy but I guess time will tell. More
