Excellent Customer Service I can't say enough great things about the Honda Carland Service Center. My advisor Shaq went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a repair I can't say enough great things about the Honda Carland Service Center. My advisor Shaq went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a repair that was under warranty. He was very courteous, personable, communicative, efficient, and respectful of my time. In addition, he offered some suggestions, along with a little elbow grease, to help keep my Odyssey running at its best. Even though Carland had to special order a part during a holiday week, Shaq kept me updated on the progress of the repair which was completed as quickly as possible. Thank you Shaq and Honda Carland for the excellent service! More

Horrible! After spending over $5K on a new engine installation, a problem had arisen and their technicians were unable to repair. Spent another $400 to repair something that I figured should have bee installation, a problem had arisen and their technicians were unable to repair. Spent another $400 to repair something that I figured should have been covered in the warranty and it did not work. Now they tell me that $1500 more will surely fix it. Sorry, I have no confidence in your business. More
