That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Well George, if you read my comment you would have seen that what you call a sales person, claimed his name was Greene. I'm Robert Hayden and purchased in nov 2012. I did e-mail another manager who said that he would double check to see where the gift card was. I'd say its safe to say that the gift card is in his WALLET! So there was no need for him to respond back to me. If things were turned around and I owed you some money, I'm sure that you would have had a wrecker tear down my garage door and repoed the car within a few days. The only reason you have even responded to me is because other people are reading this and your true colors are out in the open. It's clear that I'll never get the gift card, it's just a trick to get someone in the door and you never intended to pay-up. After buying I was asked to give you all 5 s when contacted. I did and I'm sorry. So please have you rep. Contact me again so I can give him what you deserve. A big fat ZERO! Thanks for turning this into the worst car buying episode I've ever had!

For you sake I would like to do whatever I can to rectify the situation. Can I get you to go on our website and fill out another certificate and send it to me? The easiest way to do it would be for you to fill it out, print it and then take a photo of it with your phone and email it to me at gfoster@hondacarland.com. I will see that it gets redeemed.
