My wife and I stopped in at Honda Carland and was greeted my a friendly and helpful salesperson Bobbi Patterson. I first drove a new Civic and was pleased with the test drive. Then my wife suggested I drive an Accord since I was use to a truck. We test drove a pre-owned V-6 Accord EXL and liked the room and power of this vechile. We decided on the Accord and received at great price form the dealer. My overall experience buying this car as great due to the help we received from Bobbi and Karrie. We went to the Honda Carland recently to have our 2003 Honda Serviced. While we were there, I started looking at a 2008 Honda Accord on the floor. Paul Vejjajiva, one of the salesmen, was very friendly Honda Serviced. While we were there, I started looking at a 2008 Honda Accord on the floor. Paul Vejjajiva, one of the salesmen, was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions regarding this car and the next day my wife and I returned and traded in our car for the 2008. We got a great deal on the car and paid a very fair price. Paul was very helpful through the whole process. This was the best experience we ever had purchasing a car. We would definitely purchase our next Honda from Paul. We have always received great service from this dealership and will continue to bring our new car back for service. We were very impressed with our salesman, Buddy Buddin, from the beginning. At first, we were interested in getting a used vehicle because we weren't sure we could afford a new van. Then, he showed us what a great deal we could get on a 2008, and we reconsidered. He didn't make us feel pressured in any way which we appreciated immensely. He did take us to see a few used vans and it was nice to see the comparison. It was clear that we wanted the new ammenities offered in the 2008. THEN, Buddy went the extra mile in getting the exact color I wanted. I had not gotten a new van in 10 years and I was insistent that I wanted "nimbus gray". Buddy searched high and low until he found one for me. He even drove it to my house!! Talk about great customer service! Honda Carland is very fortunate to have a salesman like Buddy. My husband and I will definitely call him again for another car we may purchase. In fact, we may be in the market for an Accord sometime soon, and we will look forward to dealing again with Buddy Buddin. We were in the market for a used car and stopped at this dealer after viewing inventory at an all used car lot. Jeff Greene showed us two cars - we went home and called back to express interest in one and dealer after viewing inventory at an all used car lot. He checked their inventory and called back with something comparable with a comment that he thought they could work on the price. This was on a Monday, my husband was having surgery on Thursday and we really needed to expedite getting another car. We took the car over night so our mechanic could check it out. The price negotiations were made before we left so if the mechanic approved the car - we could make financial arrangements. Jeff was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We had already met a couple of "unpleasant, slimy car people" at other dealers. Both my husband and I appreciated Jeff's eagerness to limit our time there and speed up the entire transaction. We paid a fair price for our new used car. Jeff was very accomodating to us and both of our children. I appreciate doing business with any salesman that looks you in your eye and treats you like he would his mother. If you hate car shopping because of "some" of the salesman out there - call Jeff Greene. More
