The best experience I've ever had getting my car fixed. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. He took a lot of time with me on a very difficult intermittent problem. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. He took a lot of time with me on a very difficult intermittent problem. He got the service manager involved who by the way was out front in the service department where anyone could speak to him. He was outstanding. He listened to me for 45 min., never doubted anything I told him and promised to look at the car himself. They were able to fix the problem within a half day. I had taken it to another dealer 7 times previously and they were never able to fix it. More
