What he showed me was an offer with the LoJack Price on the car (not defined) then he added it back in a second time and then added a discounted line to make it look like there wasn't anything on there for LOJACK. Deceptive. The car price without LOJACK should have been $1500 less than I paid. When I went to financing, I signed by screen they showed me I did not see LOJACK LINE or it was covered by the finance guy!!! After asking for it not to be on there, they were snakes and snuck it in by rolling it in the price. It has been less than 24 hours since I purchased this car and have reached out to the sale guy...Glenn. No answer yet. I have a screen shot of the car price without the LOJACK from their website to prove they double charged and then made it look like they took it off. Scam. This is my 4th car from this dealership and I hold the manager totally responsible for this as I have not had this problem before. Also, I asked about the coupon of $500 off show on website and no payment for 90 days. I was told this was only on new cars. I didn't check it until I got home but again, this was a complete lie. It is on used cars. I will never sign a screen deal again. I want paper to look at as they can slip something past you too easy in financing when the manager lies to you. Glen knew I didn't want LOJACK but I can't say whether he actually saw the papers and numbers. I will see if they ever respond.....I have two more cars to buy next year. My loyalty has been to the dealership for 14 years. I am very disappointed. More
