Since December 2024 have been sold 2 defective vehicles with heavy paint issues, leaks, defective sensors as well as numerous other issues. While the initial customer service we received from Bower was g with heavy paint issues, leaks, defective sensors as well as numerous other issues. While the initial customer service we received from Bower was good, the financial team was dishonest and the service team is unprofessional and incapable of repairing items without causing more damages or failing to fix the issue properly. When addressing these concerns we received push back and were insulted by Jason the service manager. Very disappointed by the experience. More
