I researched multiple brands for two weeks in search of a new hybrid vehicle. I submitted six online inquiries to six different dealerships during my research phase. Tristin was absolutely outstanding in her responsiveness and in providing the detailed technical specifications I was looking for to help me make my decision on a new vehicle purchase. To me she stood out above the other dealers in her attention to detail of my shopping needs. When I was finally ready to come in for a test drive to make my final purchase decision, Tristin referred me to Glenn Morrison. Glenn turned out to be an excellent salesman. Very technically knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in and able to answer all of my detailed questions. I tend to dig down into the details when I am researching and Glenn was very patient and conscientious about making sure I had all the answers I needed. Glenn's demeanor is more on the laid back side and he has a style of salesmanship that I felt very comfortable with. As well, Glenn is a very experienced Sales Professional and handled the sales process very smoothly and efficiently. In the end, I ended up purchasing a 2023 Honda CRV AWD Hybrid Sport Touring model. I am thrilled with the vehicle and couldn't have made a better choice in my purchase. Based on conversations I had Service personal, and a very positive energy I felt at the dealership, I am confident that I am going to be very pleased with Honda Cars of McKinney over the life of my new Honda CRV Hybrid.
