I stopped by the dealership on Thursday after having called Wednesday to schedule a test drive. I was bracing myself and mentally preparing to be met with hostile and pushy staff, but instead I was met called Wednesday to schedule a test drive. I came looking in for Tristin, but unfortunately she was in a meeting, so Eric was assigned to help me find what I was looking for in the meanwhile. I was hesitant at first, but Eric immediately connected with me and made me feel comfortable. He treated me with the respect I deserve and he showed professionalism at every step of the way. I particularly enjoyed that our interaction was as straightforward as can be. I was there for a specific vehicle; and I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. He gave me exactly that without questioning why or trying to push anything else onto me. Regarding Tristin, I got to meet her later on. She apologized for missing our appointment and explained that she was stuck in a meeting, but that she'd be happy to help me see this purchase through. Her kindness, warmth and enthusiasm made me feel even more at ease and like I was making the right choice by purchasing my car here. We talked a bit more about what I wanted and why, and she reassured me by telling me more about why she loved the Civic and all the great things this car had to offer. They both took excellent care of me, and I am grateful that they made such a daunting process as smooth and easy as it could be. More
