Zachary Strader reached out to confirm they had a vehicle I was interested in available and asked when I'd come in. I told him an offer I had at another dealer and asked what they would do in regards to that I was interested in available and asked when I'd come in. I told him an offer I had at another dealer and asked what they would do in regards to that, his response was "We only do pricing in store at the moment. That's how our customers get the best deal. When can you come in to work a deal?" I said I wasn't interested in coming in unless I have some written confirmation of pricing and explained I was no longer interested in working with them because they only did in person conversations. For myself, I can not waste time at the dealership for them to play games with me, so I can move on and work with the other dealerships who are willing to save me time by communicating over the phone and/or via email. Zachary wrote back "I'm curious as to why you're willing to drive 3+ hours to get a car that they don't have in stock, but aren't interested in driving 20 minutes to get a good deal on a vehicle that I've already verified is in stock. " and this was extremely disrespectful and pushy. If I've explained I'm no longer interested, what give you the right to make strong assumptions and accusations like these? Zachary Strader lacked soft skills, integrity, and respect, and was clearly too blinded by his desires to sell a vehicle to see a person who values their time and money to inquire about a very large purchase in their life with intentions to make wise money decisions. Due to this, I could not recommend this dealership as they lack respect and are quite pushy especially over email. More
