Had a appointment with service for 8am on 3-2-23 to have body side moldings installed. A week prior I verified stock and was told it would be 2 hours labor. I dropped the truck off at 745am. At 12pm I calle body side moldings installed. A week prior I verified stock and was told it would be 2 hours labor. I dropped the truck off at 745am. At 12pm I called and was told it would be ready at 4pm. I was told they had not even began to work on my truck. I had my wife follow me to the dealer at 8am and pick me up. WHY? It was a 2 hour job and I guess the appointment meant nothing. They had no respect for my time. I told them to forget doing the job that was over $500 for 4 stick on side molding pieces. I picked my truck up untouched and left at 1:45pm . Thanks Honda cars of Mckinney for wasting my time. More
