I would like to formally acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Xzavier Ritavalski during my recent vehicle purchase. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep product knowledge, and a service provided by Xzavier Ritavalski during my recent vehicle purchase. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep product knowledge, and a clear commitment to customer satisfaction that made the initial process both efficient and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the subsequent interaction with the finance department was profoundly disappointing and stood in stark contrast to the high standard set by Mr. Ritavalski. The process was fraught with unnecessary delays; I was required to wait for a full hour before my credit was run, despite being the only client present. Given my top-tier credit score of 825, I was very concerned to find that I was not offered financing through Honda's own financial services. The only option presented was a high 8% APR from an external, unfamiliar bank, which is not a competitive rate for a sedan for an applicant with my credit profile. In summary, while Xzavier is a tremendous asset to your sales team, the practices of the finance department significantly detracted from the overall quality of my experience. More
