Have had good customer service for the past 5 year until now. Came for a tire repair. Going by the information given to me when I purchased the tire, stating To the tech that attended to me , had warranty now. Came for a tire repair. Going by the information given to me when I purchased the tire, stating To the tech that attended to me , had warranty as long as I have the tire on my car. Tech asked “ what makes u think u have a warranty on those tire” not a proper way to address a customer. Was not friendly @ all. the demeanor was very poor. Requested for the manager and made a complaint about my experience with this tech. Manager was just passive about the concerns I shared with him. He requested I get new tires and reluctantly offer to give me a discount. At the end of the conversation i felt less important, a nobody and we have other customers…… . Left a bad impression…. Especially is where I bought both of my cars brand new, do oil change and other service for the most part for a while. Not planning to return any time soon. More

Another win with Ron Tranka (service advisor) and Ken (service tech). I purchased a new 2000 Civic Si from this dealership when they were located a mile north from their present location along the I75 se (service tech). I purchased a new 2000 Civic Si from this dealership when they were located a mile north from their present location along the I75 service road. It's been my daily driver since then. I experienced my first and only hard fail with this car after 22 years of daily driving, an ignition coil. I had it towed to Honda Cars of McKinney. Ron and Ken were able to quickly diagnose the problem, discuss options and proceeded to have the car back on the road in short order. Ron and Ken have always been able to find the OEM parts I prefer and when options are needed, they have been able to provide the guidance I need to make solid decisions. Ron and Ken are a great team. Smart, hard working and most importantly, first rate problem solvers. I've relied heavily on Ron and Ken for their expertise, professionalism and friendly dispositions over the years. I'm sure they do great work for all Honda cars and trucks but I can especially recommend them for those of us that are 'vintage' Honda enthusiasts. Great work guys. Happy customer.. More
