I have not purchased a vehicle since 2020. The past two weeks I went to over 9 dealerships,test drove over 11 SUV'S and I could not find what I was looking for. I had given up and we headed home when we saw Honda Cars Of Mckinney and turned in. It is the First time I have ever entered Any Honda Dealership. I was born & raised in Dallas, TX and I know customer service. The Staff here provided EXCEPTIONAL & PROFESSIONAL Service from start to finnish. They were very respectful of my health issues, kept safe distance for me and helped process everything quickly to get us taken care of as fast as possible. I have never been so impressed!! Our Sales Team was, Sales Professional, Oni Konomi. Oni is Exceptional, Kind, and Respectful. He made us feel welcome. Cody Wells, Financial Services Manager, was Absolutely Amazing. He was Professional, and was able to process our final documents in record time. ( I have Never completed legal docs so quickly and I was in High Finance for over 20 years) We Thank You Cody for making this happen in record time. Ron, it was a true GOD thing we met today. Where do I begin? Well let me just say that I have purchased approximately 16 New vehicles since 2010. This is somewhat important to know because I consider myself a decent judge of character and professionalism when it comes to buying new vehicles. I have 8 adult children and 9 grandchildren. This is equally important to know. In the past I PROMISED each of my children a NEW car if they graduated high school. As a Christian it is extremely important for me to follow through on all promises and vows that one makes, which I have done. I have upped the ante with my grandchildren making it a must that not only do they have to graduate high school but they must also have (along with their driver's license) a passing driver's education and defense driving certificate and a college admissions letter and class schedule to receive a New car. I've purchased 4 New vehicles and 1 preowned vehicle since July 2021 to include the 2022 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring Sedan that I purchased yesterday, May 5, 2022 from Oni Konomi, "Sales Professional" at Honda Cars of McKinney. Sales Professional is an EXTREME understatement. He and this dealership are absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and nothing less than that. Being retired from the Armed Forces of The United States, my vehicle purchases have been from a few different states in this country including the last 4 purchase being from right here in the local vicinity. I was in the process of pursuing my second Cadillac from one of Dallas's "highest rated" Cadillac dealerships when I decided to explore other avenues due to their horrific customer service which led me here. And I'm so very thankful. I can say without hesitation or reservation that since 2010 the most exceptional car buying experience that I've had has been here at Honda Cars of McKinney with Oni Konomi.
