I just took delivery of a beautiful 2023 HR-V. My sales professional was Mark Long and he was awesome. I told him what I wanted and he had one that was freshly delivered to Honda Cars of McKinney, My sales professional was Mark Long and he was awesome. I told him what I wanted and he had one that was freshly delivered to Honda Cars of McKinney, meaning it had not yet been prepped for display or test drive, but Mark did what was necessary to get it on the road for me for that initial test drive. I loved it, and when we arrived back at the dealership he immediately went to work in laying out the itemized cost, and there were a few changes that I made and between him and his manager we came to an agreement very quickly. Finance was a breeze with Billy Snopik as well. It's not like it took only 10 minutes, but honestly that is the least amount of time that I have spent in any dealership purchasing a car. On the day that I took delivery, Mark took the time to make sure the car was prepped properly, and then we went over the features of the car until I understood how everything worked. He retrieved the plates, installed them, we shook hands, and I was on my way home with a smile on my face. I will be buying my next vehicle here and am recommending them to friends and family as well.
