I was on my way to a different manufacturer's dealership to look at a pre-owned, hybrid CR-V, and realized I was driving past Honda Cars of McKinney. So, I swung in there to see what CPOs they had on the lo to look at a pre-owned, hybrid CR-V, and realized I was driving past Honda Cars of McKinney. So, I swung in there to see what CPOs they had on the lot. I knew I wanted an Accord or a CR-V, preferred a hybrid and a CPO, and had a budget set. Mister Gabby met me at the door, and even though I didn't have an appointment, treated me like I was the Queen of England. I told him my budget and what I wanted, and within two hours, I was driving away in my CPO hybrid Accord, blasting my playlist (because Mister Gabby helped me connect my phone to my car before I left the lot), happy with my choice and happy with the experience I had at the dealership. I hate the car buying experience in general and try to do all my shopping online before going into a showroom, but this spontaneous right turn wasn't bad at all thanks to Mister Gabby. Even the final checkout through finance was easy! I think it was Robert who helped us, and he was friendly and efficient--my two favorite things when I'm a customer. Highly recommend shopping Honda Cars of McKinney, but especially shopping with Mister Gabby. More
