This is the worst place to get a vehicle. I bought a Honda Insight last week, and in all my years, this was the best car buying experience I have had. At rather unusual times such as these, when there are hardly any cars available, I quite expected them to adopt a "take it leave it" attitude. Instead Zia Paracha who was assigned to be our Salesperson, went out of his way to facilitate the sale of the only Insight that was available in the dealership. He made us feel most comfortable and in fact gave us the impression that he wanted to make the sale to us, and he did everything to make us leave with a feeling of happiness. Jim (whose last name I don't know), the Finance Manager went out of his way to accommodate my needs, and made the buying process a memorable experience.
