After two decades of Nissan ownership I decided it was time for a change. My sister purchased her car from Honda of McKinney and she has been super happy with it. John asked me if I had gotten everything out of my beloved Versa and I confirmed that I had done that earlier in the day. "Your CDs?" he asked. Nope. Forgot all about that. Not only did he retrieve them for me but he wrapped them in soft paper towels to protect them. Neither he nor Trae made fun of my Michael Bolten CD (I celebrate his entire catalog). John made note of the radio stations programmed in the Versa and Trae showed me how to program everything in my new car. I'm new to the area and it would have been a pain to try and find them again. Over and over again everyone went that extra mile to provide more than I needed or expected. This was, by far, the best car buying experience ever. Jimmy was great to work with on the finance side and I felt like he provided complete information and many options to me. The digital signing process is easy to use and understand. I'm really happy with my brand new HR-V and look forward to a great relationship with this entire team. More

Even recent months the cost of cars are sky rocketing but due to circumstantial needs, we have to buy vehicle new vs. old since the used car market is more crazy than new. This round due to Dave’s busy schedule, he ask his colleagues Brad Shokler to assist me with my son’s need and such easy and pleasant experience and we purchased the CRV back in July, 2021. Just a couple weeks later, my oldest son needs a car and I call Brad to find a good deal so he did, my son’s got a Accord Hybrids. All my experiences with them are such a easy going, friendly and smooth process. Even the finance guys are great. Highly recommended. Side note, the service department guys were great too. More

When to buy a used car was in Great conditions, no scratches or dents. Went to purchase it while I was filling out the paperwork they took it to detail it. When he arrived with the vehicle I saw that the passenger for was scratched and dented. I told him that when I came and looked at the vehicle the door was not like that. He did not give me any explanation.All he said to buff it out. I have already bought it AS-IS. He could not even admit that they were at fault when they took it to have it detailed. Even on the carfax report it did not indicate any damage on the door. More

CORPORATE GREED AT ITS FINEST. Having negotiated a price, the dealership decided to increase the price by $8000, yep, $8000 because of the microchip shortage! Mind you, this car had been purchased prior to the shortage so the dealership would have made money on the original agreed upon pricing but decided to screw customers over during a pandemic. Mind you, my family had purchased 5 Hondas at this dealership over the years so customer loyalty is not a factor. It is time for me to say goodbye to Honda. More
