Last week, we purchased a brand new 2021 Honda CRV from Brad Shockler. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, fair. He helped us get a great deal on a new CRV. Robert, in finance helped close our purchase and made the overall experience easy and pleasant. It's getting more difficult to find parts given the age of my car but Ron was able to solve all problems. After the work, my Civic feels almost new again, tight and confidence inspiring. I've been a customer for many years beginning with the purchase of this car in 2000 when this dealership was located about half a mile north of where they are now. Very happy and repeat customer.
