However, you salesman Jake VanHorn deserves a five star rating even though he is not listed as a salesman; Ron Wilkin, 5 stars, even though he is not listed as a Sales Manager; Tom Strenk, 5 stars, even though he is not listed as Service Dept. personnel. Also, we had to wait abut 40 minutes to see the Finance person, Cody, although he is not listed as part of the Finance Dept. When you have negotiated buying a new car you don't want to have to sit around and twiddle your thumbs for that long waiting to get into Finance. You are ready to enjoy driving your new car. That said, Cody is very good at his job also. You need a major Review Form overhaul. More
