Best Honda Cars I've been to! Kyle "Utah" Herd is the absolute best! I recommend going to him in the service department. I called the day I found out there was an issue with my car and Mason was able to absolute best! I recommend going to him in the service department. I called the day I found out there was an issue with my car and Mason was able to get me in quickly and conveniently. Mason was happy to answer all of my questions and was very polite and respectful. I came in as scheduled for my appointment and Kyle "Utah" Herd quickly took care of me. My car was there overnight and was done first thing in the morning. I assumed that Honda would be more expensive because it's a dealership (silly me) but this was the third place I had taken my car and it was the most inexpensive. It really made me happy to know that they were giving me a FAIR price and weren't trying to rip me off. They did an awesome job and I am BEYOND happy with the EXCELLENT customer service they gave me. Won't be taking my car anywhere else but Honda Cars of McKinney!!! Ask for Kyle "Utah" Herd, you won't be disappointed. :) More
