VERY DISSATISFIED, will be lucky if I bring my car back. Been using this dealership for years on several of my cars. I went in for a standard oil change and they pointed out my tires were past “worn” or safe, so I purchased new tires also at a very reasonable price (competitive with the other tire stores). I am a long term Honda owner and have by and large had all services performed with a Honda dealer with the exception of an oil change here and there. Several years ago I moved into the area & sought out a all services performed with a Honda dealer with the exception of an oil change here and there. Several years ago I moved into the area & sought out a new home for my 2007 pilot services. I have worked with Jim on several occasions, a couple were expensive repairs. Last year I thought I was coming in for routine timing belt and learned I had several major issues I also needed to address. Not being able to afford all maintenance and repairs Jim worked with me to understand the most critical and an approach to address issues in a logical manner. This most recent visit was a follow up from that repair to confirm if in fact my rear seal was leaking (it was) but in addition there were some new minor maintenance items identified. Jim has always been great. I feel he builds trust with his customers and shoots strait with giving honest feedback and recommendations. I appreciate Jim's approach and bottom line, I trust Jim to give me honest recommendations for service needs (this is HUGE in my book). Thanks Jim! More
