I highly recommend Zia Paracha! We live in the COVID-19 era now so precaution must be taken for the safety of ourselves and those we help. I went into Honda to do business with my long-time car salesman, Harjit, only to find he had retired. Oh no! He knew me so well and I trusted him completely to advise me. I had purchased 3 Honda’s from salesman, Harjit, only to find he had retired. Oh no! He knew me so well and I trusted him completely to advise me. I had purchased 3 Honda’s from him. I was very apprehensive until I met Ken Valdez. He was a very respectful gentleman who listened carefully to what I wanted and what I needed financially. Ken was patient, kind, knew the vehicles and if I didn’t like something he didn’t take offense - he understood what I was saying that was best for me. Their financial person, Robert, has been there over 20 years and you won’t find anyone more knowledgeable as he guides you through the process. I did purchase a mother vehicle and I’ll continue to be a customer as long as Ken is there. He had hard shoes to fill and he filled them just fine!! Honda Cars of McKinney is THE BEST!!! More

The worst experience at this dealership ever! If you are planning to use different financial services, do not go to Honda cars of McKinney!. Do not waste your time. I try to purchase a pre owned v If you are planning to use different financial services, do not go to Honda cars of McKinney!. Do not waste your time. I try to purchase a pre owned vehicle, sent all paper work and drafting and they said everything was ok that I could go and pick it up at any time. I was on my way to pick this car up and received a call that the car had been sold to a different person that used their financial services. Previously, they contacted me saying the car was ready. They contacted me by phone and by email. They never explained why they did this to me and made me feel like a fool. Me and my family were very excited but they just didn't care. I tried to talk to the manager Richard Dainley but his answers were so unprofessional. About the sales person? his name is Gustavo Arguello and I never met him. The first contact was on the phone and when I visited the dealership he was never there. A different person excused him. They dared to sent an email asking me to write positive reviews for his business. Stay away from this dealership they will not appreciate your business and they lie to customers. More
