I try to purchase a pre owned vehicle, sent all paper work and drafting and they said everything was ok that I could go and pick it up at any time. I was on my way to pick this car up and received a call that the car had been sold to a different person that used their financial services. Previously, they contacted me saying the car was ready. They contacted me by phone and by email. They never explained why they did this to me and made me feel like a fool. Me and my family were very excited but they just didn't care. I tried to talk to the manager Richard Dainley but his answers were so unprofessional. About the sales person? his name is Gustavo Arguello and I never met him. The first contact was on the phone and when I visited the dealership he was never there. A different person excused him. They dared to sent an email asking me to write positive reviews for his business. Stay away from this dealership they will not appreciate your business and they lie to customers. More
