Ken was very helpful with getting me a terrific deal, not only on the car but on my trade-in as well. I went back to get parking sensors added and got an appointment for later in the week to get that done. I got a good discount from Costco on that as well. Thanks to staff like Ken (and Costco), who make the car buying experience, significantly less stressful. Save ur time Went to buy a new honda pilot on 7/22/19. The sales rep gave a out of door price. After going to the dealership they undervalued the trade in by 2k against Kbb Instant cash value. Was told they if I get a better value for trade from another place they would honor it. Went to a Chevy dealer and they offered 5500 against 3500 offered by these guys. I went back to them with the 5500 trade offer and they wont honor it. On top of it they added cost for nitrogen, pinstripe, kahu theft . Namo tint etc etc etc things which are not even their monroney sticker...I would call this as RIP off when it is not told to you upfront. Walked out as they started screaming and insulting. Next day I got a call from one of the sales director who was even more abusive over the phone. On 7/23 came to another honda dealership..got the deal I wanted..good bye Honda of McKinney and special thanks for making my life xxxx for 4 hours.. More

Usually with a purchase this large, I have at least some 'buyer's remorse', second guessing some aspect of the purchase. None at all, this time. Roger provided so much information and spent so much time helping me go over various factors that, in the end, I drove away with complete peace of mind about the purchase. Completing the purchase with the dealership was a breeze, as well. Lots of helpful information on available service options but no high pressure sales.
