I'm extremely grateful to Ken from Honda Cars of McKinney for giving me some blunt, honest words about local dealers and pushing me to get out of a ra I'm extremely grateful to Ken from Honda Cars of McKinney for giving me some blunt, honest words about local dealers and pushing me to get out of a raw deal. Ken knew he didn't have the car I wanted and didn't try to push me into one I didn't; he just gave me the advice I needed to get it the fair way from another dealer in Texas. Others around here were willing to lie directly to me in person, and according to them the car I found online and bought doesn't exist. I know Ken would never have done the same. I ended up buying in Austin, but I will absolutely be pointing friends and family directly to Ken by name when they're searching. When the time comes for me to get find another Honda, his number is the only one in DFW I plan to call. More

I was headed to the bank to get the check when the sales manager Rick Dailey called to say unless I paid additional fees, which were in-house fees, my offer was rejected. I asked how that could be, since I was told my offer was already accepted. He said he wouldn't honor the price that was agreed upon, and I decided not to purchase as a result. More

Not pushy and works with you I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they’re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn’t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won’t do that. More
