Best Accord Deal North Texas dealership was very professional and treated me as they would like to be treated. Razaq Olayioye and I took the car to show my wife in Celina. No oth dealership was very professional and treated me as they would like to be treated. Razaq Olayioye and I took the car to show my wife in Celina. No other dealer wanted to do that .Happy wife happy life. Kenneth just called after 8 tonight as we had misplaced a key. My wife found the key in the sofa but Kenneth did follow up and that shows everything that he cares. Will recommend this dealer as now I am a customer for life Thanks to all the people I met at McKinney Honda. More

BUYER BEWARE Finance department is dishonest! They assured me they included my TT&L with my loan, one month later my tags are due and they didn’t finance it in!! N Finance department is dishonest! They assured me they included my TT&L with my loan, one month later my tags are due and they didn’t finance it in!! Now I am stuck trying to find the money to get the tags before late fees start accumulating and the dealerships only words of advise are “try borrowing it from someone”. Not even an apology! Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next Honda dealer! More

I'm extremely grateful to Ken from Honda Cars of McKinney for giving me some blunt, honest words about local dealers and pushing me to get out of a ra I'm extremely grateful to Ken from Honda Cars of McKinney for giving me some blunt, honest words about local dealers and pushing me to get out of a raw deal. Ken knew he didn't have the car I wanted and didn't try to push me into one I didn't; he just gave me the advice I needed to get it the fair way from another dealer in Texas. Others around here were willing to lie directly to me in person, and according to them the car I found online and bought doesn't exist. I know Ken would never have done the same. I ended up buying in Austin, but I will absolutely be pointing friends and family directly to Ken by name when they're searching. When the time comes for me to get find another Honda, his number is the only one in DFW I plan to call. More

I was headed to the bank to get the check when the sales manager Rick Dailey called to say unless I paid additional fees, which were in-house fees, my offer was rejected. I asked how that could be, since I was told my offer was already accepted. He said he wouldn't honor the price that was agreed upon, and I decided not to purchase as a result. More
