Great service and low pressure sales I just purchased my second car from Honda Cars of McKinney and really appreciate the customer service and low pressure sales. Obviously they want you to buy from them, but I haven't seen any of the games, ect I've seen at other dealers (namely a Toyota dealer in Dallas when I was helping my mom look for a new car). Our first purchase was with Mike Gabrani this past December (2017), whom I highly recommend, and we decided to reach out to him again this past week when I wanted to purchase a new 2018 Honda Accord 1.5T. Mike is knowledgeable about Honda's products and doesn't push the sale at all. My wife and I both enjoyed working with him each time. Pre and post transaction he has been really helpful and comes across as sincere with his desire to find you the car you want and to fully ensure you understand all aspects of the vehicle you select. I'll likely be in the market again in a few years (for kids probably) and will definitely come back to my local Honda dealer in McKinney. I've only had our 1st vehicle serviced once thus far here; however, the service bay guys are nice and respectful. On my first oil change I even brought my own filter that the tech made sure was installed. For $5-$10 I prefer to change the filter each time regardless of the manufacturer's guidelines regarding oil but no filter change intervals. More

We found a decently priced car that was marked down due to hail damage, however when it came to financing the experience was completely different. My wife had me come in to work with the financial manager while she completed the paperwork and we kept getting price quotes that were several thousands above the tag price on the vehicle so I repeatedly asked why there was such a large difference, and between everyone we spoke with about this there was no real consistent answer. We kept getting remarks like "Oh, there's garage service fee" or "the bank charges you a fee for financing." It wasn't until we saw the loan contract that I discovered they were slipping in the extended warranty without disclosing it to us beforehand. When I called out this fact, they told us that the bank required them to put it on there to approve the loan and so my wife hesitantly agreed to sign. A couple of days later or lender called us back and informed us that they required no such condition in order to approve the loan, which upset us quite a bit. So we called Honda Cars of McKinney to clarify what had happened and were informed that due to the mark down on the car and because of the type of loan, the dealer was being charged a $2500 bank fee, which sounds excessive, and that the dealer was requiring us to purchase the warranty "because we eat that kind of cost on the car" and when I called out how ridiculous and ILLEGAL their misleading practices were they told me I could either tell the bank that I want the extended warranty or I can take the car back. I am incredibly displeased with this treatment and will not be buying another car from this business. If wasn't in such dire need of a vehicle I would send the car back and demand a refund on my down payment. These people will be lucky if they don't get shut down due to this type of behavior. If you buy from here be CAREFUL and pay close attention, and if they try anything question, just walk away and maybe report it to the attorney general. More

I am a single mom and my son has special needs so he really wanted to makes sure he got us into a car. He did just that and I am so glad I was lucky enough to get Mr. Wolfe as my salesman on that particular day! More

Spectacular Customer Service!!! We really didn't have any intention of buying at the time we stopped to check out the Honda Pilots. We have had a Honda Accord for the last 5 years a We really didn't have any intention of buying at the time we stopped to check out the Honda Pilots. We have had a Honda Accord for the last 5 years and our family was out growing it. We were interested in getting a "hands on" experience for a later date and looking for a slightly used model. Roger Wolfe was able to show us some Pilot's that were brand new and for around the same amount of money a used one would be. Mr. Wolfe and the dealership was able to carry over Memorial Day specials for our purchase. Mr. Wolfe was very patient and helpful to a buyer that doesn't have a lot of experience buying cars. On another note, the finance department has a really cool computer screen built into the desk, you sign all the documents electronically and get everything on a USB drive. Thank You!!! More
