I have leased Honda civic almost 6 years ago and was helped with the same sales person (Mr Harijit), he was very helpful back in those days and was ex I have leased Honda civic almost 6 years ago and was helped with the same sales person (Mr Harijit), he was very helpful back in those days and was exactly the same when I revisited after 6 years, Mr. Harijit was the reason I re visited the dealership and was hoping that he is still working there and I was really happy to see him and once again because of his excellent customer service and dedication towards his customer he made me leased another civic, which I was trying to get for the past 6 months with different dealerships. I will defiantly coming back again to this place if required another Honda, "NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT". More

Avoid "MJ" Johnson I called Honda of Mckinney new car sales and asked to speak with the salesperson, Robin Laudon, who I had purchased a car in 2016 without any problems I called Honda of Mckinney new car sales and asked to speak with the salesperson, Robin Laudon, who I had purchased a car in 2016 without any problems. "MJ" Mike Johnson answered the phone and stated several times to me that "Robin" no longer worked at Honda Cars of Mckinney. I told him that Robin Laudon was still on the website and I just saw her a few weeks back when I had my Odyssey in for maintenance. MJ insisted that there was no Robin working there (which I later found out was a lie when I personally communicated with her). I then asked to speak for the internet salesperson and he stated that he was the internet sales manager (which I later found out was not true). I told him I wanted an Accord and was ready to buy today and had received a good offer from a competitor. He asked me to forward the offer to him by email and I sent it to a email address which turned out to be his personal email address instead of through the dealership like everyone else. He stated he'd call me right back. After waiting an hour, I called him back and he stated he had been "busy" and then looked at the offer for all of 15 seconds on his personal email and responded that "the offer is a bait and switch" and "you'll never get an Accord at that price" Basically he did not respond other than to slander the other dealer and their offer. I did purchased the car from another competitor. I was completely turned off by the rudeness and arrogance of MJ and will likely not come back to Honda Cars of McKinney for anything, including service on the Odyssey I purchased last year there. It's a shame that Honda of Mckinney lost a sale and a customer because of "MJ" Johnson More
