Terrible!!! I clearly mentioned to the salesperson I spoke to, that I got the quote at XYZ dealership when I visited them and I do not have anything written. Still he mentioned that we will be able to work it out, please visit. I had to travel 15 miles to Mckinney to finally find out that they will not be able to neither match it or beat it...They said atleast we need to have it in writing .. Bull****.. Never ever visit them.. they don't care about the customers time...Try other dealers around. More

I came for maintenance service B(service light was on) and the tire pressure light was on. first of all kids area stincks, when the advisor came with the service review I was expecting the same they gave and the tire pressure light was on. first of all kids area stincks, when the advisor came with the service review I was expecting the same they gave my wife since she did the prior service with them but they said my car was fine, so either didnt check my car at all or they were lying to my wife. over all I was going to leave when i saw the service and the tire lights still on, when I call the advisor he asked me to turn around the building so they reset the light for me. What kind of cutomer service this dealer ship provide for his customer. and the tec said I need to drive 30 mile to reset the tire light. up to now I drove 100 mile and the light still on because no one adjust the tire pressure.... its all lies My name H. I went in to browse but I left with a Honda Civic. Everyone was very up-front with me on leasing a Honda product. John Mihail was very persistent and patient with us and explained everything to us since we had not been in the market since 2000! It was his going the extra mile that clinched it for us. We felt that the prices of the various models were quite reasonable given the very excellent options available to those who have chosen to lease like my wife and I. John Mihail introduced us to Ron Tranka who is now looking at our 2000 Honda Accord as to the cost / benefit of replacing that vehicle as well - we look forward to his maintenance and/or repair suggestions for our 2000 Honda Accord - this will determine if we go with a second vehicle - if so we will definitely go with John Mihail. This was a great team to work with and my wife and I look forward to future business with Honda Cars of McKinney. More

I was EXTREMELY displeased with my experiance at at Honda Cars of Mckinney. I did end up purchasing a used vehicle from these guys but it was only after I signed all the papers and drove an hour back home, t Cars of Mckinney. First off, my wife and I were tricked into driving an hour to look at the car we were interested in. We had to fight tooth and nail to get close to the price that they originally agreed to take over the phone. After finally agreeing on the purchase price, we had to wait THREE HOURS on a very slow business day where the majority of the employees where watching racing on TV. I'm convinced that is was all part of their plan to screw my family over. I also had two young children with me, and as anyone can understand I had to get out of there as soon as possible, they took advantage of that. I had brought my own approved auto loan at a set interest rate from Bank of America. Well the finance guy, Phillipe, outright lied to me and told me my interest rate had gone up becaue of the mileage on the car I was purchasing. He also showed me a credit score that they were basing my interest rate off of that was completely fabricated by him. I had never seen my credit score so low, but I guess it was becasue of his amiable personality that I belived him. Anyway, I learned that I had been SCAMMED when the represenative at Bank of America, who I got my loan through, explained to me that my interest rate was set and that there was no reason for it to go up. He also informed me that it sounded like I was deceived out of my original load for the benefit of the dealership. So I called Phillipe of Honda of McKinney and expressed my anger. He showed no remorse and only kept reminding me what little amount of money I had been scammed out of. I ended up having to hang up on him. Morale of the review, READ EVERYTHING very carefully if you decide to purchase from this deceptive company. In fact, don't even waste you're time. These guys know what they're doing. I'm sure they've scammed everyone one way or another. More

Can't say enough great things about our experience with Honda Cars of McKinney. The process was extremely efficient, stress-free and easy. We came in looking for a new Honda Accord and Justin Sayles worked with us showing several options which we took for test drives. His knowledge was excellent. Answered all of our questions. Ultimately, we decided to come back next day to look at some used Accords. At this point Art Collins helped us with inventory available. He was very patient with us as we test drove 5 different vehicles. We eventually decided on a 2011 Accord. The negotiation process was very smooth and no high pressure tactics you get at some other dealers. Feel very comfortable the whole time. At this point we worked with Rick Dailey on the Finance side of the transaction. Rick clearly explained our loan options, warranty options and answered all of our questions. His patience with us was fantastic. Can honestly say it was fun working with Rick! Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would certainly highly recommend Honda Cars of Mckinney! Very poor service. First, we were told we could not find out the interest rate and payment without going through the financing process. Next, we sat through the financing process only to be quoted a ridicul out the interest rate and payment without going through the financing process. Next, we sat through the financing process only to be quoted a ridiculously high interest rate (8%, compared to our bank's tentative quote of 2.5%). After telling the representative that we would be calling our bank for a better rate, the representative became hostile. He stated that other people are always happy with an 8% interest rate and attacked us on what we expected. We told him we knew we could get under 5%, and without making any calls, he said he could get his lenders to do that. We ended up buying the car but using our bank to finance because this place is full of lying cheats. More
