Liars, Don't trust this dealership!!!! After reading the reviews on this dealership, I decided I want to buy from them without the hassle of buying a used car. I was so wrong with this deal After reading the reviews on this dealership, I decided I want to buy from them without the hassle of buying a used car. I was so wrong with this dealership. They advertised the Pilot for $24,971. I called them and said I was interested. The guy was pushing me to finance with them. I said I can pay cash, cashier's check or bank transfer (Currently I was out of town), and to make the deal go smoother I said I'll go with their financing. I told them I'd easily get qualified since my score is 846/850. I think this is where things started going south. I got transferred to Big Rick. With all respect to him, but this guy was all over the place on the things he was mumbling about, telling stories that were irrelevant to the transaction, extremely rude, and just disrespectful. He just didn't want to listen, kept on saying meaningless things. He was just trying to push me away to not buy the car. I figured this out after we finished our conversation. They increased the price to $25,624 that same night. Even if you offer that price, I'm sure they wouldn't sell it to you. They're looking for someone with average or low credit so they can make the most out of the transaction in high interest and fees. So simply they wouldn't take cash, cashier's check or any sort of payments. They wouldn't want to finance either, because they thought with my high credit score they wouldn't make much on the interest. Plus the way they do their business is extremely unethical and unprofessional to say the least. I tried to get the GM's name but no one would give his or her number. I doubt how they got all the high reviews with such horrible ways of dealing with people. I used to work at a franchise dealership in Dallas and I know how things go. I will be filing a report with the attorney general, and the authorities regulating this industry. I will take it as high as I can to let people know of their deceiving practices. I'm really tired of dealership advertising a price and when you call them it's a totally different price. This is illegal and they should held liable for false advertising. Do not deal with this company. If you do look at the details of the transaction. BTW, Oni is one the guys I dealt with, a real class act and a wonderful guy. More
