MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A TOYOTA 4 RUNNER OR HIGHLANDER FOR OUR SON. WE SAW A GREEN 4-RUNNER PARKED IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND INQUIRED ABOUT IT. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WA RUNNER OR HIGHLANDER FOR OUR SON. WE SAW A GREEN 4-RUNNER PARKED IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND INQUIRED ABOUT IT. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FOR SELL JUST YET AND IT NEEDED TO BE CHECKED OUT. MR. MJ JOHNSON GAVE US HIS CARD AND TOLD US HE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH US AND GIVE US A CALL ABOUT THE VEHICLE. IT HAS BEEN NOW 2-3 MONTHS IF NOT LONGER AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL AS OF YET. WE RECENTLY WENT BY THE HONDA DEALERSHIP AND OF COURSE THE SUV IS GONE. MJ JOHNSON HAS NOT CALLED TO APOLIGIZE AND GIVE AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT HAPPENED. I THINK IT WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A INCONSIDERATION ON HIS PART. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. More

John "Michaels" Mihail is certainly top notch in the auto dealer industry. Charismatic and energetic, yet professional and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was sellin in the auto dealer industry. My husband and I have been communicating with other personnel at another brand dealer, and John's customer service, as well as Felipe Fuentes, who worked the financing side for us, far exceeded our expectations!! We arrived shortly before closing, which is 9 PM, and they both stayed late for us, almost 11 PM. He explained in great detail about each car. My wife took a test drive in a 2010 Crosstour. She loved it and Jason took us through the features,warranty and pricing. He did a great job!! Rick Dailey handled the paperwork and actual purchase of the car. He was friendly and explained every document in as much detail as needed. He also explained additional warranty options which we purchased an additional wrap around warranty. These guys were the ones we dealt with in the process of buying the car but everyone else we came in contact asked if there was anything they could do to help!! Very professional organization and a pleasant experience in what could have been very stressful. More
