I love my pre-owned Buick Enclave and we had the Best Car Buying Experience thanks to Mr. Steve Depriest Sr, at Honda Cars of McKinney! My husband and I needed a new car, but because we have had two horrib Buying Experience thanks to Mr. Steve Depriest Sr, at Honda Cars of McKinney! My husband and I needed a new car, but because we have had two horrible experiences buying our prior 2 cars, I was very discouraged about having to go through the whole process again. We also have many friends that had the same bad experiences, with different makers and dealers, of negotiating for hours, having to deal with hidden fees, fake add-ons, fake markups, false advertising, and extreme lack of respect and honesty from sales people and managers. My husband found a car that he liked, that was almost an hour from our house. I checked the dealer’s reviews and decided that I would not waste my time going there to be tortured, just like the very upset costumers from the reviews. We both ended up finding different cars from Honda Cars of McKinney, and after contacting them; we decided to give it a try. My husband got there around 7pm, and I got there around 8pm and they closed at 9pm. When I got there, my husband was talking to the Sales Consultant, Mr. Steve Depriest Sr, and he had already done a test drive. I was going to be the main driver of the car, so Steve and his manager, Mr. Gary Evans, insisted that I tried it too. They were very courteous, showed me everything about the car, and didn’t rush us into anything; even though it was almost the time they were supposed to be closing. We started negotiating, and it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. They were straightforward, not pushy, very nice and helpful, and we didn’t even finance it I had noticed a couple of scratches and Gary guaranteed they would take care of it, and they really did. Actually, Steve kept contacting me the week after we bought the car so I could bring the car back to be repaired. When I did, they even lent me a car so I could run some errands until my car was ready. Best Experience Ever! I told all of my friends and promised them that I would write a review! Any other car I might want in the future, I will certainly look for it at Honda Cars of McKinney first! Thank You Steve and Gary, for making it the Best Car Buying Experience we’ve ever had! More

The staff at Honda of McKinney were very friendly and timely. Bill, our car salesman was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. He was always very courteous and had a good attitude. I bought my used 2004 CR-V from this dealership in 2006. They were wonderful back then helping me find the perfect car. I recently replaced the battery and lost the code for my radio and the service dept. was so helpful in helping me find it! Great service and wonderful experience with these guys! Always!
