In short, I purchased a used car from them (~34k miles) and their top end, "hi tech" 3 year warranty. The sales guy was plenty nice. His manager was not. After 48 hours, I find out I have: loose bea and their top end, "hi tech" 3 year warranty. The sales guy was plenty nice. His manager was not. After 48 hours, I find out I have: loose bearings on both front wheels, a heavily leaking water pump, cracked A/C belt, cracked serpentine belt (squeak squeak), body damage that was covered up with paint (reasonably well done, but accidents should reduce the price), two holes drilled in my rear floorboard covered with carpet, the passenger seat isn't bolted down right and rattles around, the muffler had a hole that was just welded shut, and a blown speaker. This isn't just speculation, I actually had a 3rd party mechanic check everything and have it in writing. For whatever it's worth, Carfax showed nothing. I take the car back to get the repairs done. Alas, they won't do the repairs. Nothing is covered under the 3 month / 3000 mile warranty that came with the car nor the 3 year warranty I purchased, or so they say. They claim it was all wonderful and perfect when I bought the car 2 days ago. I push the issue. A manager arrives refuses to do anything about it, but offers to do the repairs if I pay them. "It passed our inspection. I'm telling you right now, I won't do it." I bothered to re-read my "hi tech" signed warranty papers after arriving home. Some of the stuff is listed, though things like "hidden holes drilled in car" aren't (so they won't do anything, I'm sure.) I really don't think this should even count as a warranty issue. It wasn't sold as a clunker, it was sold as a fully functioning car. So, now I have to go find alternatives to make them do what they said they would. More

This dealership will con you for your money as much as it can. The salesmen and even the MANAGER will use verbal intimidation to try and coerce you into spending your money. When I refused to pay them money for a banged up vehicle, the manager banged his fist repeatedly on a car and yelled and screamed at me at the top of his lungs that I had wasted his time and he shouldn't have bothered on me and could have sold a car to another customer. I stood there in shock and I cannot believe this is the MANAGER OF A DEALERSHIP. He verbally threatened me and has FOREVER TARNISHED the good Honda name. I bought a car from them. They jacked up the price to more than what it's worth and when i called and asked about it. They disconnected on me. Also they never call back when we leave a message. I have an old Honda Accord EX (1990) with over 200,000 miles. Since I moved to Texas in August of 2009, Ron Tranka has kept my car running and is always helpful in solving my problems.
