Roosevelt was exceptional. We had a wonderful experience with him. He helped us with all our questions and We have had some trouble getting parts to fix issues with the van which is supposed to be inspe with him. We have had a hard time getting the service dept to get parts in in a reasonable timeframe, and set up appointments Feels like as soon as you buy, you're not a priority anymore. My visit to the McKinney dealership was nothing short of fantastic and unbelievably great service. My 2002 CRV had been repaired in Lewisville Texas at the Bankston Honda dealership less than a month prior for a total cost of $2000. I was not happy that my engine light continued to flash. I brought my car to Mckinney to see why the previous repairs seemed fruitless. I'd just moved to the area due to a recent marriage and I was not in the best mood for repairs, bad news, nor even considering a NEW CAR. I had a bad feeling about my CRV and decided to look at cars while I waited for the verdict on my beloved car we called "Molly". Trae Gibson my salesperson treated me with the upmost respect and hospitality despite my less than friendly mood. I purposely gave him a hard time and tried to run him off because in my mind I didn't need a car nor some salesman following me around. Before I knew it I was buying a car at the price I could afford. Sure enough my CRV was a wreck and I could not see the value in repairing it again. Trae Gibson allowed me to take the time I needed to think over my next move. I called my husband to the dealership and he too was very impressed with the service. Overall this was a good experience. I'm still mourning the loss of my CRV however my new Fit is a welcome addition to the family. WE haven't named it yet but I expect to come up with something soon. I'd been looking for a first car for my daughter for a while with no luck. when I called about the 2006 Honda Element I'd seen online, Jackie Williams was very helpful. He even offered to hold the car for us, since we were coming all the way from Keller to see it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted immediately by Max Arabaci. He introduced us to Jackie and then Max took my daughter and I for a test drive. Max was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He treated my daughter as much as the customer as he did me, which I truly appreciated. He didn't talk down to her, or treat her like a new driver, he treated her like someone out to buy a car, which sold me on him. He also didn't try and convince us he knew everything about the car, he knew enough, and when we had questions he couldn't answer, he found someone who could answer them. Once we'd made the decision to purchase the car, Rick Dailey made the entire buying process comfortable and quick. he was also quite helpful in getting our satellite radio hooked up. There were a few things that need to be done to the car--some touch-up painting, fixing a small tear in the driver's seat, etc. Max said he'd call us monday to set up an appointment--and he did. the next day, we dropped the car off and get a loaner. the work was done with a day or two and very much to our satisfaction. Overall, we wouldn't have asked for a better experience. thanks. More

Newell was very attentive to my needs. He called me right away when I saw the vehicle on line. He came to work early to meet me to look at the car and let me have an extended test drive. One thing is the car has a pull to the right and the car was supposed to be aligned. It is still pulling harder than a car should. More
