I always get great car service. I credit Service Advisor Steve Knowles. For 6 years he has taken very good care of our CRV. I have never felt he has recommended any unnecessary repairs. Steve Knowles by far is the best Service Advisor that we've had at any Honda dealership. He knows us by name and always get's our vehicles in as soon as possible. His friendly attitude, genuine concern we've had at any Honda dealership. He knows us by name and always get's our vehicles in as soon as possible. His friendly attitude, genuine concern and in-depth explanation of the resolution to our lengthly saga with our inoperable DVD head phone situation made us feel confident that he did all he could do to "make it right". Thanks Steve!! PS. A simple complaint that our DVD headphones did not work/transmit resulted in replacement of the DVD system -no remedy, then radio system replaced no remedy and then a sub-cable behind the radio replaced and voila fixed!!) When I was surprised by some of the repairs that were unexpected, Tony did his best to explain to me what he really felt needed to be completed now and what could wait a while. More
